LEASE OPTIONS

Here you’ll find a short summary of our agreements

Within Iona Pub Partnership we have two standard agreements, our Retailer and Platform Agreement, the headline details of which are explained below. That said, we view each of our pubs on an individual basis and understand that sometimes a standard agreement isn’t quite right. Because of this, we can tailor the terms of our agreements to ensure that the potential of each business is maximised, to the benefit of both the leaseholder and Iona.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Taking on a lease can be highly rewarding, it can also present some challenges, especially for those who are doing this for the first time, becoming a leaseholder isn’t for everyone. It requires long hours, hard work and a real passion and commitment to your business. It is essential that when looking at applying that you understand fully the personal and financial commitments required.

A carefully thought out business plan and a broad base of research into the area and business are required from all of our applicants, this will ensure we understand if the decision is right for both you and our business. At Iona we want to support and give guidance to make this process as straight forward as possible.
