Tenant Success Story

Ray Moore took over the lease of Morningside Glory, Edinburgh in November 2007 after shaping a very successful career as an Operations Director for an independent pub operator. The pub, which had previously traded as a G1 managed house was just the opportunity he was looking for and Ray has embraced the business and has become a great example of how the right operator in the right business can make all the difference. With impeccable standards, fantastic food and great service he has increased the sales each year since entering the business. When asked about the key to his success Ray commented:

Setting up the business was simple & relatively straight forward. I have done many transfers before but Morningside Glory was probably one of the easiest.

Paul Wishart joined IONApub in October 2007 as a Business Development Manager after working with two other pub and nightclub operators in Scotland for twelve years before, during the past three years he has operated an area in the east of Scotland delivering consistent growth each year.

Having taken on the east with some success, he has now moved over to the Glasgow area to broaden his experience within the industry, when asked about IONApub Paul said;
