Before you start, we ensure that you are fully prepared. Not just the ‘how to do this’ training in your pub, but also business help and advice that lets your concentrate on your development plans and understand the financials in your business. Our training doesn’t stop there. We have further development courses for you and your team, many of which are delivered online so they can be taken at a time that suits you.
Step 3 :
UNDERSTAND YOUR LEASE OPTIONS
Our agreements are jargon free, and designed to make this part of the process as easy as possible for you. We do understand however, that one size doesn’t always fit all, and for that reason, we can always tailor our terms to ensure the potential of each property (and tenant) is maximised.

Step 5 :
A BIT OF PAPERWORK
Taking on a lease can be highly rewarding, but it requires hard work, long hours, and a real passion and commitment to our shared vision. The documents and tools below will help you craft your business plan, and provide a backbone for your next meeting with your Business Development Manager. If you feel you need additional support or previous examples to help you complete these documents, please get in touch HERE, or look through some of our helpful documents below.
Step 6 :
